Our comfortable and sunny 28 sq. meter studio apartment is perfect for family or friends of 2-4 people. It is well located in New Gudauri with a beautiful view from the balcony (mountains, gorge, ski slopes). Just 100 steps to the gondola lift. Area is family friendly and in a walking distance from shops, cafes and ski rents. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. And: Walkie-talkies for convenient communications during skiing; Xbox for fans to play; And of course, homemade wine, and chacha for pleasure ...
