House in old Batumi with just everything around.Here are Supermarkets like Goodwill,fresh fruit stores,restaurants,caffes and this place is centre of Batumi.Every bus is going throught this place,so you'll not have any problems with it.Beach is like 10 minutes walk from here,Near are places like Piazza,Cable Car,Karaoke Bars and all glamour places are like from 20 minutes walk.Old boulvar named "Morvagzali" is 5 minutes walk.
