The building was years before a summer residence of the royal russian family. Yet the royal aspect has been lost, the location is still strategically on of the best. One of the most naturally fresh spots in Borjomi in summer and comfortable during all winter. All of the rooms are on the ground floor and they can use the terrase that is infront also on the ground floor. You will feel like home.

I live on the first floor. Whatever you need, just knook on the door. I am an old lady that has been hosting people for 25 years. I love hospitality, history, literature, and learning from other cultures and languages. I am a very good cooker and hard worker.

The location is great. 5min walking from small central park, 10min walkig from big centeal historical park. It is not the most turistic place in Borjomi, so you won't hear cars and turists passing by. Mostly only neighboors. 5min walking from train station and bus station. There is a small supermarket infront, and if you want a big supermarket it is just infront the bus station, 5min walking.
