the house, in reality, is closer to the highway and it is very easy to find it. from the highway on the right side there is the road to enter the settlement, in around 50 meters road divides into 2 parts one going forth and second one turning to the left. you should follow the left road and go until the tenth row of houses (it is written and you can simply count as well) and on the 10th row, below the main road, the first house on the right side is the one you were looking for!
