Looking for a change of scenery in an idyllic setting by the sea? Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to put down your bags at Aouara studios. Nestled on the tip of Helleux, between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François, we welcome you in this beautiful air-conditioned studio with sea view, a few meters from the beach and shared pools. With a surface area of 31m², it is equipped to accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the second floor (without elevator) in the heart of a three-star residence, it consists of a nice living room of 20 m² with a sleeping area, a sitting area, an office (for the studious), a nice bathroom and a veranda (typical veranda) of 9 m² with a fully equipped kitchen, offering a privileged view of the sea and the gardens planted with tropical species. Full equipment, wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Please note: - For families or groups of friends of more than 4 people, an identical adjoining and communicating studio can be rented simultaneously, subject to availability - Please note that the loss of the Loisipass will result in a fee of 80e per lost bracelet. - Your dogs and cats are allowed in the accommodation an additional fee of 30e per stay must be paid at the time of booking - The services provided by the residence (swimming pools, catering, entertainment, etc.) will be unavailable until 12/10/23 for maintenance. Access to the beach and site security remain unchanged. - For any stay of more than 6 nights, we will be delighted to welcome you with a drink. - The vacation village will be closed for maintenance from early September to October 11.

Activities : - Thanks to the Loisipass included in the studio rental, you will have access to the pools, services and activities included. - Pool 1: 700 m² heated swimming pool with 50 m² children's pool. - Pool 2: 150 m² heated swimming pool on the heights of the residence. Parents are entirely responsible for their children's swimming. A wide range of daytime and evening activities are available throughout the season in the village, thanks to the Loisipass wristband (included in the price of your stay; except during the annual closure of services from 1/09/2024 to 11/10/2024). - Sports lessons - Discovery of the surrounding area, traditional games, treasure hunts, "Tell me a story" for the little ones... - Animated evenings with entertainers, and children's clubs during the school holidays. - Regional evenings with presentations of the region, its folklore and tasting of local produce. - During your stay, you can also take advantage of the 2 beautiful beaches with deckchairs on the edge of the village, free entertainment (beach volleyball, pétanque, archery, gentle gym, Spot club for teenagers aged 12 to 17 open during the school holidays, table tennis, introductory golf, fitness, playground, etc.), the water sports centre with fly-boarding, jet skiing, kitesurfing, etc. - To be paid for on site, the children's club (3 to 11 years old, open during the school holidays), wellness area (massage, yoga), water sports activities (flyboarding, kitesurfing, paddle, diving, surfing). Outside the holiday village, you can easily visit the island on a day trip from Basse terre to Grande terre.
