Villas Makandja are located in the sought-after residential area of Séo, at Pointe du Helleux in Sainte-Anne. Just a 3-minute walk takes you to the shaded, public beaches of Pierre & Vacances, and to the scenic coastal trail connecting several stunning beaches. This walk offers breathtaking views of Marie-Galante, Dominica, Les Saintes, and Basse-Terre. Along the way, you’ll discover: • 🌊 Gros Sable (15 min walk): a popular surf spot with lessons available • 🏝️ Bois Jolan (30 min walk or 5 min drive): a peaceful, palm-fringed beach, ideal for relaxing Just 300 meters away, Atmosphère offers water activities: jet-skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and surfing.
