With a spacious balcony and a queen size bed, it provides a wonderful setting for unwinding and enjoy yourself! It is located in a typical Athenian neighbourhood, close to the city centre! With only 5 min walk from the red metro line, you have easy access to the entire metropolitan area. One thing to note is that the bathroom is small, and therefore, not very confortable.

Our own neighbourhood, Kolonos (Greek: Κολωνός, pronounced [ko.loˈnos]) is a densely populated working-class district of the Municipality of Athens and it is named after the ancient deme, Hippeios Colonus. In our neighbourhood, you should definitely visit the Plato’s Academy which was founded in the area in 387 BC and which continued to operate until it was destroyed by the Roman dictator Sulla in 86 BC. Excavations of Ancient artefacts began in 1929 and continue to the present day. Moreover, for a cool afternoon or evening stroll during the hot summer nights of Athens, you could visit the Hill of Hippio Kolonos near our apartment! The Athens public transport system is pretty good, and very affordable. If you are visiting for a few days, the easiest service to use is the metro. Larissa station which is in the M2 metro line is just 6-minute walk to our apartment. The line is connected with M3 metro line at Syntagma station which connects the Athens International Airport and the Piraeus harbour.
