A small lovely house that is built with the same architectural way as the Greek Cyclades islands. Its location has a full view of the Saronic gulf and its beautiful sunsets. The beach lies in the distance of 100 m. from the house. The wooden pergola and pines complement the built volume providing shading and a natural feeling. It hosts up to four guests. The main part of this beautiful home contain 3 beds (2 single beds and a double one). There is also a small kitchen and bathroom, 2 outdoor showers, a dining comfortable table plus a free mini-bar. Access to bed-sheets, towels, transportable beach chairs and a parasol umbrella. Hammocks area available in the 1.100 sq.m. garden to 'hang out'. Yoga matt. BBQ facility with charcoals. The house contributes to global climate stability through energy conservation measures (external thermal insulation of the roof and all facades, double glazing), thus the interiors are cool during the summer and warm during the winter (see last pic of the CE EN 1279-5/673 certificate). Small lemon trees,thme, oleanders, olive trees, pines and schinus, complete the greenery, contributing to the creation of a Mediterranean setting. All in all, luxury in this Thymari house is not material, has more to do with frugal design, built-in stone benches, small comfort zones, shaded areas, passages and native verdure. * The apartment is also available for events (weddings, baptisms etc.), but always upon request and with extra fee. That extra fee is based on the communication with the owner.

The only public transportation mean is the bus and its stop is near the house. The bus will take you towards Palea Fokea/Anavyssos (5 min. distance where many shops, seaside fish tavernas and a taxi plaza are located), Vouliagmeni lake (18 kms) and to Athens centre (45 kms). In the opposite direction will take you to Cape Sounion (15 kms). The El. Venizelos airport is 35 minutes away by car or taxi.
