Το Alexia's house βρίσκεται στα Χορτάτα , ένα μικρό χωριό νοτιοδυτικά του νησιού , κοντά στις δημοφιλείς παραλίες του νησιού όπως το Κάθισμα, το Πόρτο Κατσίκι και τα Πευκούλια . Πολύ κοντά βρίσκεται εστιατόριο και καφέ . Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο, διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια . Από τη βεράντα μπορείτε να θαυμάσετε τη θέα προς την Κεφαλλονιά αλλά και προς το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Για τους λάτρεις των θαλάσσιων σπορ σε περίπου 18 km βρίσκεται η Βασιλική όπου είναι ιδανική τοποθεσία για windsurfing . Το χωριό είναι κομβικό σημείο για την μετακίνηση προς τη νότια Λευκάδα και όλες τις φημισμένες παραλίες.
