AMMOO is a complex of villas designed to embrace you leave your stressful lifestyle behind and letting yourself enjoy the breathtaking Aegean view, getting in touch with the elements and allowing yourself to relax. Feel with your bare footsteps the wood and concrete combination which leads you to your private infinity pool defining this luxury holiday experience for distinguished guests.

We are not Karpathians, we are city boys. In 1989 our family visited the island and the story started. A local friend had the pleasure to saw us around the natural beauties of this wild island, when we reached Ammoopi our father told him that this was the most interesting and beautiful location, by the way at that time there was just one Hotel in that area, the second comment was the obvious “Is here any land for sale?” our friend smiled and answer that this was extremely difficult “this is the fillet minion of Karpathos", one week later we had the land and the rest are just a fairy tale that we will share with you while drinking a good wine, enjoy the breathtaking view and tasting local goods.

Ammoopi Beach is actually three sandy beaches all with fine sand and azure-colored waters the clean water and atmosphere make it ideal for making memories.
