The apartment is 25 square meters big and is located in the heart of Katerini city center at Pezodromos (Pedestrian) St.. It offers direct access (3 min. walk) to the cafés, the bars, restaurants, super markets, the low cost municipal parking and the local bus station where you can catch a bus which leads to the train station and to Paralia Beach (in aprox. 15 minutes). The apartment is on the ground floor, is fully renovated (in 2023) and equipped. Suitable for leisure and/or business trips.

The Pedestrian (Pezodromos) neighborhood offers direct access to all well-known shops in the city center, such as restaurants, cafeterias, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies and banks. The central Eleftherias Square, the renovated Efkarpidis Square (where the local cinema is located) and Town Hall are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The Katerini Municipal Park, within a 5-minute walking distance, transformed into the Park of Colors in winter, hosts a program of events with small concerts and plays for children and adults, carried out in the Open-Air Amphitheatre of Katerini Park. Delivery (breakfast/lunch, as well as coffee, soft drinks, drinks) from the neighboring bars and restaurants (e.g. "Freud Bareatory" , "Kitchen Pasta" etc.) is available 24/7. The cafeterias/bars in Eleftherias Square are open until late at night. The apartment is located in a quiet building next to Apollo 4 and Apollo 5.
