A brand new Loft, penthouse, apartment 70 sq.m. in the city of Chalkida. With a large balcony and panoramic view of the city, the Evian Gulf, Dirfi, the castle and the high bridge. It is located in a quiet area with private parking and within walking distance of all points of interest. Access is very easy because it is only 2’ from the train station by car while the beach and the old bridge are 1.5 km
