'Ariadni' is located 700m from the beach, outside the village of Minies,just 6km away from Argostoli! Our house is large and comfortable, well equipped. The property was renovated in 2023, the furniture and decoration is tidy and thoughtful, in harmony with the location. Our first floor apartment comprises of an open-plan kitchen / living / dining area with patio doors leading to a sea view wide balcony. There are also 2 large air condtioned bedrooms. The first air conditioned bedroom has a double bed, with a french door leading to a private balcony with a view over our garden. Fitted wardrobes are setting to the corridor that leads to the second air conditioned bedroom which has 2 twins beds, fitted wardrobes, with a french door leading also to a privet balcony with view over our garden. Our kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker. Our family bathroom provides a washing machine. Public parking can be easily found near the house. However, in our house “Ariadni” you can escape the modern city life and have the most amazing holidays in the nature and by the sea. Holiday and location ideal also for children!

Hello My name is Memi. Married to Yiannis we have two wonderful daughters . I teach Greek literature and history to U18 students. I like to travel, and in my spare time I like gardening, walking in the nature and making handicrafts. Most of the decoration in our apartments are made from my hands and taste. My guests are guests, not clients. With my husband Yiannis, when arrived and during check in, we explain things they need to know about the area, learn their interests and give tips for a pleasant holiday. After that we remain available anytime for anything they need.

Our apartment is located only 6 km away from Argostoli, the capital of the island, a top-notch destination if you like cities and you would like to combine the city life, vivid nightlife and shopping with the Greek sun, ice-cold coffees in lovely cafes, traditional food in local taverns and enchanting beaches.
