ARIADNI VILLAS consists of 85sqm houses on two levels each consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 WCs with large balconies and patio. They have private parking and a private garden. They can accommodate up to 6 people and have two comfortable bedrooms with thoughtful linens and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air conditioned, with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with smart TV. At 100m. there is a super market for daily shopping and the nearest sandy beach is around 300 meters. The village of Kriopigi is 2.5 km away and the cosmopolitan center of Kallithea is just 2 km away.ARIADNI VILLAS Residence was built in 2008 and is available for renting and hosting since 2016, it is a new accommodation.
Within walking distance of the ARIADNI VILLAS is the cosmopolitan KALLITHEA where the visitor could have fun in the nightlife shops and bars, coffee shops, restaurants, online games and buy clothes, jewelry, furs, leather goods and so on from the bustling Kallithea's shops. KRIOPIGI, which is characterized by its natural springs and its beautiful pine forest where the visitor can enjoy hiking and horse riding, is nearby. You can also taste fresh hot bread from the traditional bakery of Kriopigi and enjoy fine Mediterranean cuisine in the local taverns. Favorite place of "AGORA BEACH" Nearby you will find other cosmopolitan villages, such as ATHYTOS HANIOTI, PEFKOCHORI etc.
