"Nicoletta Houses" is a family run vacation home company, offering unique holiday houses and apartments of great character, in Greece. It is spacious (160 sqm), luminous and offers all the comforts and privacy to a family or a large group of friends. A sea captain used to live here, therefore the apartment fully reflects his love for the sea and his travels. It boasts unobstructed views of the Aegean sea, creating the unique feeling of being on a boat. At dusk the living room is filled with the warm sunset colours! The neighborhood's greatest pride is the stunning Flisvos Marina that features a lovely promenade with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, a playground and even an open-air cinema in the summer season.
