Newly renovated condo style apartment located just steps away from the famous Faliraki beach. The apartments has recently undergone a complete renovation with all new furniture and appliances. The spacious layout includes a separate bedroom with double bed, living area with a pullout sofa bed and flat screen TV, large modern bathroom with shower, and private terrace.
Equipped with a refrigerator, sink, electric kettle and dishware.Kindly note that there are no cooking facilites. A hairdryer and free toiletries are provided in the bathroom. All rooms come with air conditioners, free WiFi and daily cleaning service. Child cribs/cots are available on request and free private parking is provided onsite.
Perfectly situated at the edge of the town centre just off the water, Avi Suites offers a quiet living space with convenient proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars and grocery stores.
