Bay Lodge Alykanas offers the perfection location for your holiday in Zakynthos. Situated in a private family 'estate' it offers privacy and seclusion just a short stroll from the sandy beach of Alykanas in one direction, and the convenience of shops and restaurants in the other. A modern, two bedroom villa, Bay Lodge is equipped to a high standard for your convenience and comfort. Upstairs, a large double bedroom with air conditioning, opens onto a balcony with views across treetops to our neighbouring island of Kefalonia, and has the convenience of a spacious bathroom. Bedroom Two is located downstairs and offers accommodation as twin beds or a large double and has an ceiling fan. Adjacent is a shower room with toilet. The living area has a double sofa bed, and additional sofa, books, games, smart TV with Netflix and free WiFi. The kitchen comes equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge /freezer, dishwasher and we can offer access to a washing machine. Outside: off-road parking in front of the house, which is securely fenced and gated. The garden has a lawn trees and shrubs with a spacious verandah area for outside dining.
Niko's family have lived on this site for several generations, planting the surrounding olives and fruit trees. He spent his family holidays here as a child before moving permanently to the island later. He has plenty of local knowledge to share to help you gain the most from your stay. He and Patty live on the site, along with their dogs and chickens!
Alykanas is twinned with the resort of Alykes sharing a 2km stretch of sandy bay. Located around 15 km from Zakynthos town, it is family friendly and has local supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, tourist shops, restaurants and bars.
