Its surface is over 230 sq.meters, offering to our guests, 3 spacious bedrooms alongside 3 bathrooms, a main kitchen fully equipped with appliances in order to serve indoor and outdoor dining with its own terrace and a second smaller one, also fully equipped serving at the first floor. The house is equipped with an independent heating system (heating oil), a solar panel system and A/C unit in each room, so our guests can vary their heating sources and fully benefit from the great sunshine offered by the Mediterranean climate almost all year long. In the front yard the guests will be able to enjoy their private swimming pool, alongside a great BBQ and a wooden oven for their delights.
