It is so rare to find beachfront modern properties where you balcony feels like walking on water ! The apartment has a modern curated decor, every piece has been carefully selected by the owners to provide a modern, relaxing atmosphere of a waterfront holiday! The proximity to Athens, just 70 mins from the airport makes it an ideal destination even for a long weekend from major European cities.
THERE IS A 7 NIGHT MIN STAY REQUIREMENT IN HIGH SEASON.

The owner is an experience professional in hospitality who loves offering her private home to guests. Has a clear understanding of the standards of guest related issues and is a well traveled citizen of the world. Our offering is aimed to create unique memories in an unforgettable holiday setting.
Eretreia is a small authentic waterfront town of great history. The bigger town of Chalkis is 20mins way and offers plenty of restaurants, bars and tavernas. Our apartment offers walking access to Eretreia Town, supermarkets, coffee shops, eateries etc.
