Μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν έως 4 άτομα και είναι ιδανικό σε οικογένειες καθως και σε παρέες ή ζευγάρια. Προσφέρει μια άνετη διαμονή σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν φαρμακεία, αρτοποιεία, καφετέριες, μπαρ και super μάρκετ . Για την πολυτέλεια στον ύπνο !
