A brand new, isolated and quiet Villa with an excellent view, at the beach of Armenopetra. The house consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large outdoor space. The whole house has air conditioning. The furniture is in modern and minimal style. You will enjoy the friendly, cozy and professionally cleaned environment (following the health protocols to reassure a safe stay for you). In the main bedroom of the house, there is a double bed and in the second bedroom, there are two single beds. Furthermore, there is a sofa in the living room, big enough to host two people. In the house, there is also a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, pots and pans and tableware. Finally, there is a 40 sqm veranda with a beautiful view of the crystal clear Libyan Sea during the day, as well as of the starry sky during the night.

The house is within a 10 minute- walking distance from the beautiful, remoted beach of Armenopetra, and a ten minute-drive from the traditional village of Keratokampos, which offers restaurants, cafeterias and supermarkets. What is more, the visitors can enjoy the famous beach of Listis which is nearby (15 minutes by car).
