Overlooking the laced coastline of Agios Fokas in Tinos and the Aegean Sea, Blue
Grès offers a rare feeling of freedom that flows from the light filled interiors to the
lavish exterior areas of the villa. Created to combine privileged views and complete
privacy, Blue Grès unfolds in three levels that compose an indulging villa, fully
embracing a luxurious hospitality philosophy.
Each level of the villa is a white canvas, highlighting the signature sea views and
using a playful geometry to allow a visual flow among the spaces. Wood, stone, and
concrete, set the tone for the minimal ambience of Blue Grès, that features a soft
grieze palette and build-in elements that reflect deep island roots.
The villa’s private outdoor spaces unfold in 300 m2 premises, that include a relaxing
lounge area with umbrellas and chaises lounges that frame beautifully the exterior
pool, dining area designed for 12 guests, a Jacuzzi, shaded terraces and balconies
oriented towards the sea.

Blue Grès is located in the south-east part of Tinos, in Lagkades area, wisely set on a
mild Panorama hill in Agios Fokas, enjoying sunset sea views towards the islands of
Mykonos and Syros. Invitingly close to the breathtaking Agios Fokas beach, it offers
privacy as well as proximity to the island’s most beautiful sights.
