Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο των Χανίων στην περιοχή Σπλάντζια σε μια ήσυχη και φιλική γειτονιά .Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν τα όμορφα σοκάκια της περιοχής καθώς και την ηλιόλουστη ιδιωτική βεράντα με θέα τη θάλασσα και το βουνό.
