Each bedroom and adjoining bathroom is a showcase of thoughtful artistry, meticulously curated to deliver the highest level of comfort and elegance. The expansive open-plan living area flows effortlessly into a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, creating an inviting environment for both serene moments and gourmet indulgence.Accommodating up to 10 guests in real beds, the villa also offers flexible sleeping arrangements for four additional guests via extra beds in two of the bedrooms. Two more guests can be comfortably hosted on the elegant sofas in the living area, allowing for a total capacity of up to 14 guests Outdoors, the ambiance is equally captivating. A bespoke 70m² private swimming pool (heatable upon request at an additional cost) with a depth of 1.50m and an integrated 7m² whirlpool invites you to unwind, while younger guests can enjoy the dedicated 7m² children’s pool and playground. Additional features include a ping pong table and a mini-basketball court for active pursuits. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy : - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 70 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 10euros/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
