My name is Antonis Poundourakis, and I am 46 years old. I hold a degree in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Crete, as well as a Master’s degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering. I am happily married and a proud father of two wonderful daughters! In 2024, together with my two partners, we brought to life this beautiful complex of three villas in the area of Agia Pelagia. The location for the villas was carefully selected after extensive research, knowing that in ancient times, this area served as a retreat for holiday residences. The ancient Greeks, and especially the Minoans, chose locations for their homes based on criteria such as unobstructed views, favorable microclimates, and the positive energy of the area. The villas have been designed according to the principles of bioclimatic architecture, ensuring minimal environmental impact and energy footprint. I have a great passion for traveling and discovering new places and people. When choosing a place to stay during my travels, my main criteria are that it must be family-friendly, comfortable, bright, airy, and that its architecture respects the character of the local surroundings. Above all, it must be spotlessly clean. With these exact principles in mind, we created a home away from home for our guests. The first floor is further complemented by an additional bathroom and a WC, ensuring the utmost comfort and convenience for guests throughout their stay.
