This captivating villa lays in 1.000m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep, that can be heated with an additional fee), also boasting an in-pool whirlpool with 4 seats, premium sun-beds & umbrellas. This captivating home boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 160m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a Living-cum lounge area & a fully equipped kitchen. With direct access to the iconic pool from the living room area, the iconic villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds. Outdoor Pool & in-pool Whirlpool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 30 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
