The neighbourhood is calm and private, yet very close to the town's center. It is hidden in the most beautiful small street of the town with many mansions and old houses. There's no hustle and bustle for the visitors, but you can reach everything you need on foot, even the beach which is 500m away (depending on the location you choose).
