The villa is located in Katlathas Beach, just 450 meters away from the homonym sandy beach. Casablanca is located on the outskirts of the Kalathas area, close to many beautiful beaches and local amenities. For daily necessities, the small town of Kounoupidiana is only a short drive away (2 Km), offering a nice variety of shops. In the area, there are doctors, pediatricians, pharmacies, banks, ATM machines, supermarkets, pastry shops, bakeries, hair and beauty salons, and gas stations. There are also several leisure facilities you can try nearby, such as tennis courts, gyms, sailing, scuba diving daily excursions, boat rides, bowling alleys, and playgrounds. Reference must also be made to the restaurants of the region, in which someone can get to know and enjoy Greek cuisine not only through traditional dishes but also through more gastronomically bold choices. Chania Old Town with its Venetian harbor, winding narrow streets, and abundance of cafes, souvenir shops, and restaurants is a mere 30-minute drive away, waiting to be explored. Being just 30 minutes away from the highway makes it easy to explore the surrounding area with its archeological sites, waterpark, beaches, gorges, and villages.
