The house is very close to the center and to the port of Kavala. It is on the first floor (access by stairs only - 29 steps) of an autonomous three-storey building. It has 3 air conditions It has two bedrooms, the first one has a double large bed and the second three single beds. All layers are anatomical and new. Free internet is available in all rooms. It is a spacious 90sqm. Except of the bedrooms there is a bathroom (hot water all day by a solar water heater) and a separate wc, a kitchen fully equipped for the preparation of your meals, a living room with two sofas, which if necessary can sleep three people , a dining room with a large table to enjoy your meals, a desk and a beautiful armchair that also becomes a bed and can sleep a person and be placed anywhere, there is also the aquarium and a 55 inch Smart TV, as well. At the same building with the apartment, there is a closed private parking for two cars.
