A large & comfortable apartment, in a quiet side street, less than a minutes stroll to The Markelos Tower and within another minute to the cafes, shops, tavernas & amenities in Aegina Town. This stylish 100 sq.m. & newly renovated apartment boasts a large kitchen/living area & 2 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 can be set up as 2 single beds (plus a single day bed) - or 1 double bed and the single day bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed. The apartment is comfiest for up to 4 guests but 5 can fit (in a total of 4 beds maximum - with the 4th bed being a fold out bed and only available on Request).
The Bathroom is stocked with Korres products. The outdoor courtyard is ideal for savoring your morning coffee, dining al fresco, or enjoying evening drinks. Wifi. Washing Machine. 43" Smart TV. A/C in Bedrooms. Fan in Kitchen/Living area and the home is naturally cool even in July and August as it is a stone home. The Welcome basket includes teas, coffees, milks, honey, jam and starbucks pods for nespresso machine. Washing Machine Pods are provided. Beach towels are provided. Yoga Mat is provided. There are lots of touches that provide the guest with extra value and comfort.

Quiet street that ends a couple of buildings after the apartment. There is a path after that point, that only pedestrians or someone on a bicycle or motorbike can access. The apartment is a few steps away from the Municipal Art Gallery and about one minutes walk to the Markelos Tower... a central landmark of Aegina Town Center. You will be very close to all the shops and cafes and tavernas but in a quiet location.
