Chorto Garden Home was built in our grandparent’s estate, by dedicating a lot of time and personal effort over the years, combining the knowledge and experience of being an architect with the deep love for this land.
In Chorto we enjoy the sea, reading in the sunny terrace, taking care of our garden, hiking, as well as drinking tsipoura (a local drink) by the seaside!
Located just 5 minutes from the beach, in a peaceful and verdant landscape, Chorto Garden Home is a very quiet and safe, making it ideal for children. You will find mini markets, restaurants and cafes by the sea in a short walking distance within the village of Chorto. In the nearby village of Argalasti (5km away) there is a Health Centre and also a broader variety of shops, restaurants and cafeterias. Moreover, you have the possibility to explore Southern Pelion by hiking in the trails which have been restored by the ‘Friends of the Cobblestones’ and have proper signage to help you get orientated. The nearby villages and beaches in both sides of the mountain (either in the Aegean sea or the Pagasetic gulf) are perfect for daily excursions. During summertime, you can find a variety of cultural events in the cozy outdoor theatre of Chorto as well as music festivals including concerts and seminars organized by the Xatzinikos Foundation.
