I have been personally managing this property since its inception in 2014, and I am passionate about providing guests with an exceptional experience. Over the years, we have grown from a single apartment to nine, and I take pride in constantly updating and adding new features to ensure that our guests receive the highest possible standards of comfort and luxury. As a native of Chania, I have a deep love and appreciation for this beautiful city, and I am eager to share its charms with all our guests. Chania Urban Living is a group of 9 apartments newly renovated, in a residential area just 1.5 km from the center. All the apartments are renovated recently with new furniture and decor. The rooms are air conditioned, and heated. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. Regular tv channels and satellite tv on all flat screens. Free parking available. Washing machines and dryers are free of charge. The larger apartments have their own washer, and the smaller apartments may use the laundry room in the common area. All guests have access to the roof top patio-garden located on the 3rd floor, where they can suntan or just read a book, with a panoramic view of chania. There is a wine bar in the common area, with a selection of organic wines from a local boutique winery. All apartments are supplied with coffee, tea and water. On the ground floor, guests can find brochures for daily trips or alternative tours. Aggeliki, the owner, is there in the mornings to assist you. There is a phone to call land lines (taxi, food delivery), free of charge . We are self catering apartments, therefore we do not have daily service. We replace fresh towels and service the room every 3rd day.

Welcome to our vibrant neighborhood, where everything you need is just a stone's throw away. Nestled halfway between the highway and the city center, our guests enjoy easy access to both the bustling city life and the comfort of a quiet residential area. The highway is only 1 km away, and the city center is just 1.5 km away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Plus, we offer plenty of free parking at our property, so you can rest easy knowing your car is secure. Right across the street from us is a convenient mini market that's open daily until 11 pm. It offers everything from the basics to some specialty items. Next to it, you'll find an excellent taverna with authentic Cretan cuisine that is mostly frequented by locals. The food is incredibly affordable, and the portions are generous. You'll feel like family the moment you walk through the door! If you're looking for fresh bread and baked goods, we recommend visiting the bakery located just behind the taverna. And if you need to stock up on household essentials or other items, there is a superb supermarket nearby as well, with a large selection to meet your needs. Should you need to venture further out, there is a bus stop located just 20 meters to the left of our building. The bus runs every hour, and you can check the information book in each apartment for the exact schedule. If you prefer to walk or take a taxi, the city center is within a comfortable 20-minute walk or a quick 5 euro taxi ride. And to access the main highway, it's only 1 km away. In summary, our neighborhood is not a typical resort area, but rather a welcoming, residential community where you'll feel like a local.
