Three recently renovated studios in the heart of the historical center.
Studio 1
The 27m2 first floor studio features a double bed next to a balcony window, a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two, a smart 49inch TV, a separate shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a balcony with a view of the market street.
Studio 2
The 34m2 first floor studio features a bedroom area with a double bed and working area, a shower room with a washing machine, a separate WC room and a 40inch smart TV. The living room area includes a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps 2, a fully equipped kitchen and a 49 inch smart TV. A small furnished inner patio, which separates the bedroom and the living room area, leads to an upper floor terrace with a wonderful view of Mikrasiaton square and the nearby minaret.
Studio 3
The second floor studio features a double bed bedroom with a working area and a 40inch smart TV and a shower room with a washing machine. A bright living room includes a comfortable sofa bed with a bed top that sleeps 2, a dinning table, a 49inch smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious furnished terrace with a view of the market street completes the description.
