The house is 2min walking from the beach and 5 min walking from thermal baths(warm water spa) also 10 min by car is the famous cosmetic spa(kouniavitis) also the ship to lixadonisia is 5 min away!The nightlife is 7 min walk away and close to the house you will find bakery, grocery store,restaurants . It has a big balcony with view. The house has two floors is new and bright with wooden floor and roof .At last for welcome our grandmother kristalia will have the best homemade “tiropita” for you
