Unique apartment in the Elia area of ​​Sithonia in Halkidiki, just 50 meters away from the beach. Located in the first floor and consists of a living room and kitchen, 2 sunny bedrooms with a balcony and a bathroom. The central balcony has a side view of the sea. The settlement has a shared courtyard, parking space and private access to the beach. There is small stone beach in front of the complex. I recommend the beach in front of the house if you want a more intimate place for yourselves, a place where you can be almost alone and enjoy the tranquility and coolness offered by the natural shade of the trees in the morning and the enchanting sunset in the afternoon. The use of the beach in front of the house is free at any time. There are no private beaches in Greece, so we cannot leave any equipment such as umbrellas and tents unattended at the beach overnight. Have in mind that there are many large breathtaking sandy beaches within short drives along the peninsula. Don’ t miss them at any cost

The settlement is located in Halkidiki between the touristic areas of Nikiti and Neos Marmaras. It is a quiet seaside complex built with great respect to the environment offering relaxation and tranquility far away from busy everyday life. Pine trees are surrounding the property and create a natural shadow on the beach where the waters are pristine. There are numerous places in Greece with wonderful sea waters and beaches to satisfy all tastes. But there is the expression in Greece "There is no place like Sithonia". Because on this area of Halkidiki there are unique beaches one next to other along an endless shoreline around the peninsula. There are quiet beaches, busy beaches, shorter and much longer ones; spots to find peace, others to have fun till morning, protected hamlets and mountainous landscapes of a wild beauty, folk architecture or marine sports. The apartment is five (5) minutes away by car from some of the most famous sandy beaches of Halkidiki, such as Spathies, Kalogria , Koviou, Lagomandra and Agios Ioannis. It also 20-40 minutes away by car from Trani Ammouda beach (20 minutes), Karydi Beach (25 minutes), Kavoutotrypes (40 minutes). All of them can be accessed and used freely. In some of them there is also an organized beach bar with a fee for the sunbeds
