Here we are, the time has come to open the doors of our six stylish, boutique apartments. A couple of years of hard work from Alexandros, Eleftheria and Marios, a family from Crete. Our passion for hospitality and our Cretan traditions led us to the fruition of this project. We created 6 homes in the size of an apartment and studio apartment. A home carefully designed to the last detail with love and admiration of our Cretan culture, architecture and design. We worked with our designers and handpicked every item for you.

Ideal for a relaxing long stay in Agia Pelagia, a seaside resort or a stopover during your trip in Crete. Sustainability and Accessibility | Human and ecological wellbeing is one of our core values. Our apartments are “sustainable homes” that offer eco-friendly solutions, including window treatments, climate control and water heating system from a heat pump that work to cut down our energy spend and reduce our environmental impact. Additionally, each apartment is fitted with an energy efficient air handling unit that provides fresh air without any temperature change when desired. We are aiming to produce 100% of our energy from a renewable energy source (solar panel) by May 2023. Finally, wheelchair access will be available from April 2023.

Agia Pelagia is a seaside resort, once a traditional fishing village, built in the centre of a picturesque amphitheatric bay. Agia Pelagia is located on the north coast of Crete at 23 km northwest from Heraklion and it’s 26.7 km from the international airport of Heraklion and 23 km from the ferry port. It takes its name from the homonymous church, in the Monastery of the Sebbathians, ruins of which are found at a distance of 1 km west of the village. In the village you can find many taverns, offering traditional but also international dishes, bars, cafes, shops and boutiques, which will invite you to short walks through the little streets. Surrounded by mountains and hills, Agia Pelagia is located right in the middle of Crete, which makes it easy to be used as a base for tours and excursions around Crete. With about 9 smaller sandy and rocky beaches (apart from the central bay) reached easily by feet for those who prefer more space and privacy rather than big / busier beaches.
