Beautiful vacation on central Evia, specifically in the area of Saint Andreas Malakontas, which is located 90km from central Athens and 108km from the Athens International Airport. Within a distance of 6 km you will meet scenic Eretria, which is offered for groceries and entertainment. The famous beach of Saint Andreas is located only 200m from the house, where you can enjoy swimming, coffee and food. The famous and beautiful town of Chalkida is located only 15 minutes from the house. In the Emerald house you can enjoy a peaceful staying in a state of 800m with orange, lemons and olive trees inside. The house is fully renovated, which is ideal for families and friendly couples. The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room(up to 7 people).
