The neighborhood is quiet with a lot of green. It is easily accessible with a lot of parking space. Next to the beautiful Evgatis beach where you'll find two beach bars. It's near a tavern, a hotel and a bar/cafe. It is also close to the beach Thanos and Nea Koutali. Also the trail in front of the house leads immediately to a quiet part of the beach that is better suited for a relaxing holiday or families. The traditional village of Kontia is at 4 km. The most beautiful village of Lemnos with stone houses and many trees. There is also the Gallery of Contemporary Balkan Art.
