Fotinari Villas are situated in the southern coastal area of Plakias in the prefecture of Rethymno. They were built and designed in unison while ensuring privacy between themselves.They feature high quality interior spaces and boast stunning ocean views offering their guests a sense of harmony and tranquility. From the villa you can walk to both unorganised sea coves below the villa as well as to the organised Souda Beach. Fotinari Villas are also the ideal base to explore the natural south coast of Crete as it is close to numerous other spectacular beaches as well as close to amenities Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in. Fotinari II offers daily housekeeping Monday - Saturday 8:30 am - 10:30 am.

Fotinari coastline Villas are located in Plakias with a magical frontal sea view of the Libyan sea, within walking distance to the beach and with breathtaking sunset views. Plakias town has become a renowned tourist resort providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish for including several supermarkets, a bakery and butcher shop which offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods. Additionally there are a variety of tavernas, cafes and bars in Plakias. Around the area of Plakias there are other smaller mountain villages such as Sellia and Mirthios with traditional restaurants with spectacular sea views that guests can visit.
