This is a seaside vacation house close to Nea Fokea, Halkidiki. It offers self-catering accommodation next to the pinewood and sandy beaches. It has a lovely view of the sea and Halkidiki's second peninsula and a big garden with a small basketball field. It is ideal for relaxing summer holidays in the countryside, far from the crowd.
The apartment is on the first floor.

The place has a big garden full of trees. There are a lot of beaches near and the village of Nea Fokea is 5 minutes away (by car). Nea Fokea has nice taverns by the beach right next to a Byzantine Tower up on a hill. There you can taste delicious fresh fish. At Nea Fokea there are also supermarkets, coffee shops and a beautiful square. Halkidiki is full of nice beaches and full of night life! All these make an inspiring combination and a unique atmosphere!
You can access the nearest beach on foot (15 min. walking distance). Having a car for transportation is highly recommended as with the car you can explore many beaches and villages at close distances.
