Modern minimal design apartment,shiny,comfortable and fully equipped. Most of the furniture fits my taste and will give you an artistic pleasant ,comfort and unique feeling. Its a very convenient location because the guest can find in a walking distance, beaches, supermarkets, bakeries,cafes, beach bars, restaurants, shops, playgrounds, amusement parks, and the Ferry boat that leaves every 15 minutes for Eretria, which is part of one of the biggest islands in Greece called Evia. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the beach by day and experience the breathtaking sunsets and night life at night. There's also public transportation with a stop outside the premises (Timetable available at premises) every hour to Athens.

Although it is so central the town noise seems really far away once you are in.
