Our single-storey house has a simple layout: two independent double bedrooms (twin beds, or two singles on request). Each bedroom has a large closet for guest use, and a desk. Both bedrooms lead out onto a shared terrace. Shaded from the sun, overlooking the garden, and away from other houses, it is an oasis of privacy. The living room connected to the kitchen has access to a second, large sun terrace overlooking the pool and the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped: large fridge with freezer, stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker. In the cabinets you will find everything you need for cooking and feasting. The rest of the living room is a dining area, and a sofa which can also serve as an extra bed. The house has one bathroom with a shower. You can also use the washing machine. In addition, we provide a crib and a highchair upon request. A unique offer of Grey House is the private garden at the back of the house, where in the shade of an old bread tree you can relax, barbecue and feast in complete privacy. There is also a shared swimming pool (in the complex of 6 bungalows). The pool is kept clean throughout the season. Beach beds and sun loungers are available.

There are many local taverns in the area. There are also stores and a café. The nearest beach is 4-5 minutes away by car and about 25-30 minutes walk Chania can be reached within 15 minutes by car or bus. At a distance of 5 km is the monastery complex of Agia Triada.
