To κατάλυμα , βρίσκεται στο ημισόγειο δύοροφης νέας-σύγχρονης οικοδομής ..Περιλαμβάνει ενιαίο χώρο ,κουζίνα ,σαλόνι , τουαλέτα ,τρία υπνοδωμάτια..Είναι μοντέρνο,άρτια επιπλομένο και ο εξοπλισμός του είναι πλήρης..Η καθαριότητα του χώρου είναι καθημερινό μέλημα μας .Είναι το ιδανικό σπίτι για όμορφες και ξεκούραστες διακοπές ..!!
Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι ένας Νέος ,Αισιόδοξος ,Φιλόξενος Ανθρωπός και πάντα Πρόθυμος να σας εξυπηρετήσει και να σας δώσει πληροφορίες για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήτε οσον αφορά την περιοχή μας !
Το Σπίτι βρίσκεται στο Κέντρο της Παλαιόχωρας και απέχει απο τη δυτική και την ανατολίκη παραλία 150 μ ..Στην ήσυχη γειτονιά μας ,δεν υπάρχουν δραστηριότητες που να δημιουργούν θορύβους,υπάρχουν μόνο κατοικίες ..
