It is a stone built villa by the well reputed architect Dimitri Philippitzis that combines traditional elements and modern aesthetics. All materials used for the construction and the furniture are of quality. The villa is built upon the bedrock of a cape in front of three uninhabited by man islands, the so called Spalathronesia islands. One can reach them by swimming or snorkeling, taking however all necessary precautions because there is boat traffic during the summer. The complete estate, covering an area of several thousand square meters, has a garden, an olive grove and a variety of fruit trees: orange, bitter orange, lemon, tangerine, plum, apricot, mulberry, pomegranate and various fig and pear trees. The garden has flowers, wild or harvested, and a plethora of herbs that can be used for cooking. Most importantly, there is organic vegetable garden! Visitors are welcome to take fruits and vegetables! At the two sides of the cape, there are two small gulfs, almost fifty meters from the estate's border; the one has sand and the other one has pebble. Especially at night that is quiet, one can hear from the villa the sound of the waves caressing the shore.

The one owner, Stylianos, is a multifaceted character with education and artistic capacity. He is an engineer, a Ph.D. in math and an author of two novellas in Greek. Stylianos had recently a serious accident that resulted in his semi-plegic state. He does the check-ins and so far customers said he will manage. Another silent but active force of this semi-pro business is our kind mother Evangelia, who built it all and still offers truly a lot. The vegetable garden is Evangelia's idea and implementation.

The area surrounding the villa is sparsely populated, as it borders two vast private estates that encompass the hills of Mount Tragoudeli and a dense pine forest. Depending on the season, visitors may be fortunate enough to observe the local wildlife of this largely untouched region. Foxes, jackals, a small species of deer, wild boars, and various birds—such as finches, nightingales, blackbirds, woodpeckers, and pheasants—can often be seen or heard in the forest or the surrounding countryside. The sea around the Spalathronesia islands, just in front of the villa, is renowned for its fish, including grouper, snapper, and amberjack. One of the three islands is also home to rabbits. Along the coastline, numerous romantic coves remain uncrowded—even in high season. Some of these coves can be reached on foot or by car, while others are accessible only by boat. Two excellent seafood restaurants lie within easy reach of the villa. The first, Panos Restaurant, is just a few hundred meters away and within walking distance. The second, Tonis Tavern at Ayia Kyriaki, is only a few kilometers from the property.
