Located in the Platanos village, it is the perfect base if you want to visit the Falassarna emerald water beach in a just 5 minutes drive! Hope is a 30spm ground floor apartment, completely renovated in 2023. Modern furnished and minimal decorated, is the perfect “shelter” for calm and comfortable staying near to one of the best beaches of Crete! The kitchenette is well equipped to prepare your meals if you wish. It is suitable for remote work and offers a safe box for your safety. The balcony is furnished and shaded and offers beautiful views of the surroundings as well as views of the veggie garden of the owners. The studio is suitable for 2 adults. A car is a necessity in order to stay with us with a sense of freedom. There are also local buses from Kissamos to and Chania town twice or three times per day depending on period time you are visiting. Other things to note include that during evening or at night, it often gets chilly even during summer time, due to high altitude. You are advised to have a jacket with you to enjoy your evenings and nights at the balcony of the apartment.

Platanos village is a typical Cretan village located 9km Southwest of Kissamos town. The area offers natural beauty and tranquility. The famous Falasarna beach is a 5-minutes drive. The Elafonissi emerald beach is an hour drive through scenic villages and with views of the Mediterranean Sea. The Balos Lagoon is just 30min away if you want to visit it by car. In Platanos our visitors can find a super market, a pharmacy and some cafes and tavernas – in a short walking distance from the apartment. Bigger super markets, pharmacies, a health center, banks, numerous tavernas and bars, as well as souvenir shops could be found northeast at Kissamos town (10min away by car). A car is a necessity in order to stay with us.
