Spacious wardrobes. 2 bathrooms. Main one containing a big comfortable shower place, a big mirror & bathroom cabinets. 2nd bathroom: Voguish with a shower,washbasin, cabinets. Modern fully equipped kitchen with spacious cupboards&drawers containing all the necessary kitchen utensils(Saucepans, Frying-Pan) full range of cutlery & brand new kitchen appliances: Large fridge&freezer, Fitted Kitchen with hobs& Oven for cooking, Absorber, Microwave Oven, Kettler, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender, Electric Orange Squeezing Purse. The house is located in a quiet, secure neighborhood in a countryside environment offering privacy&calmness. The stunning beaches of St.Apostoli (3 magnificent bays) where you can swim in calm water, sunbathe, and do beach or water sports are just 6 minutes walk away. Next to the beach is the park of St.Apostoli where you can take a walk, run, cycle the bike. 150 meters from the house is the public transport busstop to Chania and to all directions. Chania center and the world famous Old Town with the Old Venetian Harbour is 4 km's away to the east. The Natioal Road is easily accessible and just 1,5 km's away facilitating your transport. In 5 km's to the west you can reach the Cosmopolitan beaches &clubs of Agia Marina&Platanias. Within walking distance of 3-7 minutes there is a bakery, a big supermarket, cafe, pharmacy, grill house kiosk, rent a car. In the area there are plenty of restaurants, beach cafes, stores. It feels like being in the countryside but a small town is just 200 meters away. Overall, it is a great place if you want to relax and remain locally but also a perfect location if you enjoy travelling around
