Nestled on the serene southwestern coast of Lefkada, just 2 kilometers from the quaint village of Athani and a short 10-minute drive from some of Greece’s most breathtaking beaches, this complex of three exquisite one-storey villas, which are independent form one another, offers a harmonious blend of modern design and natural beauty. The villas’ interior is a masterpiece of contemporary style, accentuated by earthy tones that create a warm and inviting ambiance. Each villa features three spacious ensuite bedrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. One of the bedrooms which has a king-size bed could be split to two single ones upon your request. The open-plan living area is designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a cozy sitting area where you can unwind after a day of exploration. Step outside, and you’ll be greeted by an outdoor paradise. The highlight is undoubtedly the private infinity pool, complete with a jacuzzi, where you can take a refreshing dip while gazing at the endless expanse of the azure sea. The terrace, furnished with four sunbeds and shading, invites you to soak up the Mediterranean sun or find a cool spot to relax with a book. An in-ground seating area provides a tranquil retreat for quiet moments, while the outdoor dining area, equipped with a gas BBQ, sets the stage for unforgettable al fresco meals with loved ones. As the day draws to a close, the villas’ west-facing position ensures you’ll be treated to mesmerizing sunsets. Part of house rules: No loud music/parties/drones over the property allowed, quiet hours apply.

We have built these villas in a paradise environment that we had fallen in love with. We are committed in offering carefree and memorable stays for our guests.

The 3 villas are built in the same plot of land, sharing a common gate whereas after entering the gate, a paved private driveway leads to each villa’s private parking space, right next to each villa. Note that this private road to the villa at the lowest spot is a bit steeply downward sloping. The road starting from the main asphalt road and leading to the villa is unpaved for about 800m, but there are no issues for all normal type of cars. Each villa’s normal occupancy is 6 people but it could also sleep an additional person (if children are included) at the sofa bed at a small extra cost. The villas are located close to the best beaches of Lefkada, some of them have been ranked in the top in the word by renowned travel magazines/bodies. Porto Katsiki beach, Egremni beach, Gialos beach are only a few of them and closest to us. Surrounding the villas, it is pure nature, whereas within 1km you will find a number of tavernas, and within another 1km you can visit the local village, Athani, which has more options for meals and a supermarket.
