Ivon's House is a luxurious maisonette apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment is spacious (72 sq m) and has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, large open plan living room with an equipped kitchen and a second bathroom on the ground floor. The amenities include WiFi, 3 x smart TV!, a washing machine, a fridge, a coffee machine. The apartment is air-conditioned. Ivon's house has its own yard with garden furniture where guests can relax. The apartment has two balconies with sea view. There is a grocery shop, pharmacy, tavern and bus stop within a 30-50 m distance. The beach is at a distance of 500 m. Along the beach there is a several-kilometer long promenade, ideal for a walk or a morning jog. Ivon’s House is a great option for those who wish to relax close to nature in a high-standard setting.
