A room apartment: ... small but nice with 25m² living space. The small apartment is newly renovated in 2018 and has modern furnishings. It can accommodate 2 people and has a sleeping loft as bedroom with 2 single beds 80x200 cm or as 1 double bed 160x200 cm usable and accessible via a ladder. ** Please note that the sleeping loft has a total height of 1.5 m and is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility !!!! Equipment: Modern air conditioning with heating function. Sofa bed extendable with bed box on 160x200 cm, otherwise usable as a sitting area. Dining table with 3 chairs. Storage chest, wardrobe. Bathroom with vanity, toilet, shower and hair dryer. Kitchen with refrigerator, 2 hobs, and toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, dishes, etc. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are available. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS. Safety: smoke detectors, fire extinguishers.
