Juan Unique Cycladic House is located in Analipsi, Messinia, 7 km from Kalamata International Airport and offers free Wi-Fi, a private garden and a private space for parking. The air-conditioned holiday home is only 80 metersfar away from the sandy beach and nearby there are organized beach bars with umbrellas and sunbeds. It has a terrace overlooking the sea and the mountain, 1 bedroom with a double bed, living room with two additional single beds, flat screen TV, equipped kitchen with fridge and oven, washing machine and bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. Within walking distance from the residence, there is an outdoor market with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as two taverns where you can taste traditional Greek food. Kalamata, which is the capital of the prefecture, is only 18 km from the residence, Ancient Messini 28 km, Voidokoilia beach 35 km, Koroni 35 km and Methoni Castle 45 km. We are not a hotel. Our detached houses are for short & and long term vacations rentals :)
